The location
The contest location is held in an indoor skate ring. There is plenty of space for visitors, a dedicated riders-area and a bar that offers drinks & food.
How is the skate surface?
The surface of the skate area is slippery but smooth. Some softer wheels (88-95a) are advised.
What is the size of the contest area?
The size of the contest area is 30 x 12 meter.
Are there food option on site?
Yes! Since the contest is held in the building of Superfun they can provide a large variety of snacks, grilled sandwiches and other menu's.
What are the parking options?
There is a large parking lot next to the area. This is free parking with plenty of space.
Is there good public transport connection to the area?
There is a good bus connection between the contest area and Amersfoort Central (Bus 70). This bus drives every 30 minutes.
How can I pay in the building?
For food, registration and drinks there are a few options to pay. You can either pay in cash, or with card (maestro , Visa & apple pay). NO CREDIT CARD. We advise to bring cash to prevent problems since there is no ATM nearby.
Is there a warm-up area
In the building next to the contest area, there is a full skatepark available to keep your legs warm during contests. It is important to support each others runs so you can't skate there the entire day. The DFSO puts an emphasis on community and we would like to see skaters supporting each other during the runs. Don't worry there is enough time to jam out during the open sessions.
